WA Youth Awards 2026

The WA Youth Awards were established in 1999 to recognise young Western Australians aged 10 to 25 years for their achievements and contributions to the community. The Awards also reward outstanding groups and organisations that serve and support the state’s young people. 

The WA Youth Awards unfolds as a gala ceremony with a seated three-course dinner with drinks, all inclusive of the ticket price. The evening includes award presentations, musical performances from young artists, and a set menu.

Category winners receive a $1,000 prize.

The WA Young Person of the Year award will be selected from the above categories which honour individuals. The WA Young Person of the Year receives a $10,000 project allowance to pursue youth-related initiatives across the state.

The WA Youth Awards take place on Friday 11 September at the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Come along to celebrate the accomplishments of our state’s young people and the youth sector that supports them at a gala dinner at the elegant Pan Pacific Hotel.

Nominations open Monday 11 May and close Friday 5 June 2026.
