YACWA’s response to the Youth Employment package in the 2016 Federal budget. This was a divisive issue amongst members of the Youth Sector in WA. Issues such as Work for the Dole and PaTH are discussed, as well as opinions of young people themselves.

YACWA along with The Youth Affairs Council of Victoria, Youth Action NSW and The Australian Youth Affairs Coalition responded to the PaTH consultation paper. Issues discussed include struggling job seekers, unemployed indigenous youth and so on.
