Target audience	Young people aged 12 to 25 who are involved in a Youth Advisory Group or other community group, who are looking to be upskilled in leadership skills.
Overview	This workshop is for any young person who wants to level up their meeting chairing and facilitation skills. It is ideally suited to young people aged 12 to 25 who are part of Youth Advisory Groups. Young people will learn: The role of a chair, and key skills needed to chair a meeting Tools and techniques to facilitate a group discussion Tips for managing conflict in meetings This is an opportunity for you to gain new skills, but also to meet and share knowledge with young people from Youth Advisory Groups all over the State.
